We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do rely on technology providers who act as data processors so we can offer this website and manage reservations:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting
- Neon — database where reservations are stored
- IONOS — email provider where we receive the notification for each reservation
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, applying appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) under the GDPR.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your reservation data for as long as necessary to manage it, and afterwards for the legally required periods.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to request restriction of processing, object to it, or exercise data portability, by writing to info@eldracdesantjordi.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
